Saving report to PDF file on windows laptop

Hi: When I try to save a Quicken tax report to my laptop as a Pdf, I get a message about the drivers. Can anyone help?

  I'd suggest doing a  Google search  for "CutePDF" and  downloading/installing the free version  of  that.

  Microsoft Print to PDF, a built-in "printer" works fine for me.  Do you not have that?  Explicitly stating what the error  message says could be helpful.
