Error when installing

This started because after the update this morning my computer was very slow so I uninstalled quicken and my computer worked properly. I then tried to reinstall the software.

I am getting an error when trying to reinstall Quicken. I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall the software twice. Once even using ccleaner to remove the registry entries. deleted everything and restarted the computer. then tried again. same error.

    We are sorry about this problem with installation and with general slowness, as well as this strange error message. Thank you for looking to the Quicken Community for assistance. 

    Have you tried restarting your computer after this happens? Additionally, have you tried uninstalling the Quicken software using the steps listed in this Support Article, then deleting Quicken from the Program Files (x86) folder? You may then reinstall the software after following those steps using the steps listed here.
