Return of Capital Category Missing

My QUICKEN for Windows R47.15 does not have a Category "Return of Capital."
No RTNCAP or anything like it.

    Is this using the "Enter Transaction" button?  The Enter Transaction button generally has more Actions then directly using the drop down list available in the Action column of the transaction list.

    Options
    Return of Capital is a function available in the Enter Transactions dialogue in an investment account. It's not a category, but rather a process that reduces the cost basis of a holding.
