Mortgage Register Disappeared

    I have the same issue with a mortgage payment. The register just disappeared. How do I get it back

    Mortgage loan accounts that are setup for downloading always hide the register. If you want to see the register you have to turn it into an offline loan account by going to the Account Details → Online Services tab and deactivate for downloading.

    P.S. An Automobile loan is a different animal because it might be componded daily, as such it might be treated like a credit card account and show the register even if it is setup for downloading. But there were reported problems where when financial instituitons have been changing over to Express Web Connect + that the accounts are now being treated like a mortgage loan account and as such the register isn't displayed. I don't know if that ever got resolved.
