    The OL-220 error when trying to download from Fiedelity NetBenefits was supposedly fixed, but now I'm getting another error. has anyone else seen this?

    Hello @SpringQuick,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Did this new error just start today? When is this error appearing (eg: as soon as you open Quicken, when you try to update accounts, when you try to add an account, etc)? Is this affecting all your accounts with this financial institution, or just some of them? Have you tried clicking on the gear icon (usually at the upper right of the register) and selecting Update Now (see sample image below)?
