I just Purchased and installed Quicken Premier and I'm getting an error adding bank account

Each time I attempt to add a Wells Fago Account (Direct Connect) I receive a message that the Financial Management Service is Disabled and I receive a cc-502 error when attempting the Web Connect access method. Please advise!
