I am having the same problem….I download from wells fargo and the download file is created but it does not post to my deluxe quicken. How do i get it to post

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.
Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. Are you referring to downloading and importing a QFX file? What is your connection method with Wells Fargo? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. Are you receiving any error codes or messages? How long has this issue been occurring?
