Memo Field Blank for Scheduled Loan/Mortgage Payments

When entering offline Loan/Mortgage payments from Bills & Income the Memo field is blanked out. All other transactions entered from Bills & Income are OK.
I believe this started with R47.11 in February 2023.
I did Validate/Super Validate to no avail.
