Error OL 221A when downloading from AMEX Savings

When downloading savings account balances from the AMEX site, Quicken wil lnot accept the download and instead refelcts OL 221-A and OL221-B. How can I fix this? I have the most recentQUicken updates laoded. Thanks.

    Exactly WHICH Build are you running? Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.

    Thanks. I'm not even using a Quicken directive to pull the file. I am downloading the file directly from AMEX. Quicken seems to suggest it's a problem at AMEX but everyone is pointing fingers.
