Citibank ebill not displaying
Up until a few months ago, my citibank credit card displayed the balance due each month and had pdfs of the bills. I got a notice that something was changing with it and it would automatically sync with the password used for the account register. That never happened. I tried to add the ebill and it says 'no eligible account can be linked'. This is just a credit card and has been linked before.
I'm using Direct Connect. I've disconnected and reconnected the account, but it's still not listing as an ebill. Any ideas?

You need to switch to Quicken Connect on the credit card account to get ebills now. That was the change. Direct Connect gives you transaction download only.

How does one switch from Direct Connect to Quicken Connect?

Go into account settings for your Citibank card account (select the account and click on settings in bottom right of screen), click on Downloads tab, then on Change Connection.
