Chase bank login one time code verification when my number is not working

I tried to login to my chase bank account and it was asking for a verification code, and my number is not working again

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. To clarify, is this happening when you're on the Chase website, or is this a prompt in Quicken? Which number is not working (your phone number, or is it saying the verification code is invalid)?
