"It's not your fault" error when trying to connect to T Rowe Price [Edited]
I just purchased a new security at T Rowe Price - I already own several and they are all in Quicken - which means that I have to create a new Quicken account. So, I opened the account list, clicked the Add Account button, entered T Rowe Price Retirement Plans, indicated that I want ‘Complete transaction and position tracking’, then entered my username and password.
I have been trying this since last Thursday and each time I hit connect, I get a window that says ‘Sorry. We encountered an error. (It’s not your fault.)' However, using the exact same username and password, I am able to login to the T Rowe Price website. As such, I strongly suspect that this is a Quicken issue and I really want them to fix this major [Removed - Language]. Any suggestions?
