    That's essentially Quicken's advice verbatim 😊

    I've been waiting since 05th Aug, and trying several times thereafter. Still doesn't work as on 10th Aug.

    It takes somebody from Quicken Support or their 2nd Tier support people to figure out the cause of the problem. Some issues can be fixed by making a change in your account profile on the server, others need to be coordinated with Intuit as the data aggregator or even the bank. So, you need to call this in to get the ball rolling.

    You’re absolutely right UKR.

    The issue was escalated to Intuit yesterday. Plus engineers have been receiving my error logs since Aug 05.
    It is a matter between Intuit and the bank, as the error log suggests. Web driver and data casting issues.
    Just wondering how long it’s going to take to sort out; work’s suffering.
