Does changing name of in Memorized Payee List alter past transactions to use new name or just future transactions?

    If you wish to change the Payee name for past transactions, you can use the Find/Replace tool (Edit > Find/Replace) to do that. This tool will allow you to select one or all instances of that Payee to be renamed which can then be updated all at once.
