R52.20 availability

Is R52.20 still in staged released or are we waiting for a Hotfix to correct problems? The last update from Quicken Anja reports it to be in staged release. I never know when testing is finished. I get update reminders after every OSU and periodically upon opening quicken. I don't want to update if problems like "enter valid date" popups are not resolved.
