CC-505 error just today

    Hello @Tman,

    This error is caused by an issue on the bank's servers —typically a block placed by the bank— that Quicken uses to download transactions. This error usually self-resolved within 24 hours.

    However, should the error persist beyond that timeframe, then recommend following the guidance found in this support article.

    This is causing the account to lock up. I got it open and hopefully it's fixed.

    Still down. I talked to the Credit Card company and they are aware of and working the issue. Needs more work.
