Fix Transaction Attachment Hot Keys
After a recent update, R49.33 the hot keys in the Attachments window stopped working (Alt-c, Alt-s, and Alt-f). Currently, the only workaround is to use the mouse. This adds more processing time when I attach a lot of receipts. Since 5/25/2023, repeated calls to Quicken about this problem have informed me that it will be fixed quickly, but months later the fix has still not been implemented. Quicken needs to escalate this repair. FYI, these hot keys stopped working years before and were last fixed in Version R27.20 (June 2020). They worked well until the May 23 release.
