Merrill Benefits - accounts showing $0 balance

Is there any update on the Merrill Benefits $0 account balance download issue? This has been a known issue since Aug 15, 2023. If I have to log into Merrill Benefits to see my balances, I'm not sure I need to continue to pay for Quicken.
