How do I set a passcode or password on Quicken app for iPhone

I followed instructions I found to set a passcode under "settings" but that option does not appear in my app. Thanks in advance for any help.

    on the Quicken Mobile App - you have to sign in with your Quicken email ID and Password. I don’t think the Data File Password from the desktop software has any meaning since it only applies to opening that physical Windows file… on the desktop.
