Franklin Templeton download failure

Downloads stopped working on 12/3/2023, still happening 12/4/2023.

Error info:

    Same thing here. I've seen this before. It usually fixes itself in a couple of days. Probably server maintenance over the weekend.

    I've been getting an OL-301 error message on Franklin and it still hasn't correct itself. Any suggestions…

    This morning I got a Franklin error while downloading. This time, when I retried, it worked again. Not sure if that will help you (but if not, it's like a system maintenance glitch and will resolve itself by Monday).

    I am also receiving the OL-301 error message. Have noticed it since my UPDATE attempt this week.

    When I attempt to sign-on, I receive a message that a Verification Code is being sent back to me which I need to input in order to complete my log-in. Could this be what is blocking the Quicken connection attempt?
