Reinstalling Quicken after a crash

I recently had to reinstall quicken to my computer. I have the data file and it seems to be reading it but when I pull quicken up I get a blank page. I click on the upper left corner and see the file open but no where to access the data.

    Which version of Quicken are you trying to install?

    Quicken Classic Premier (US) Subscription: R65.15 on Windows 11 Home

    Classic - the most basic one.

    Classic Starter I think is the specific name

    Starter is the Edition, Version is the Year/subscription. What is shown on Help→About Quicken ?
