OK, so they don't support Quicken. I have expressed my disappointment to their technical team on this issue. My question for the community is as follows. If I download the data to an Excel file, which is supported, can I some how import that information into a Quicken file? Thank you in advance for any help and direction you can give me.

Hello @Charlie Moore,
Unfortunately, no. Quicken does not support Excel files. However, you can refer to this comment from one of our Superusers which suggests using a converter to convert your Excel file to a QIF file and see if that may work, though please be aware that the link shared is not from the official Quicken website, but a fellow Quicken user created it.
Hope this helps!
