OFX Error: 2000

I'm getting this error while trying to connect to workplace.schwab.com (Schwab Retirement Plan Services). How do I resolve this? I've chatted with both Schwab and Quicken. Neither were able to resolve.

    I tried using my normal credentials that I did on the web portal (which worked). I then decided to change my password and try again with quicken. It worked. It will be a mystery as to why but doesn't matter now.
