Bank of America transactions no longer downloading on Quicken for Mac

Have tried updating my BofA account transactions multiple times, and even took the recommended steps of disconnecting my accounts, and then adding them back. But still no updates. Last transaction update I got was one week ago and have been having this problem ever since. Has anyone had the same problem and solved it? Anyone know if Quicken is working on this issue?

Are you receiving any error codes or messages? Did this issue begin to occur after a recent update? What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions from Bank of America?
