How to Sync a cash account created on "Quicken On The Web" to a Quicken file on my Mac

I created an account and entered hundreds and hundreds of entries. I cannot figure out how to sync it to a file on my Quicken for Mac.

    Did you create these transactions on a cloud account that already has an existing file? Or did you create this cloud account and file using Quicken on the web?

    the basic question is the sequence of events…. @Mexbro

    1 - Did you start with Quicken on the Web - and create all these transactions -
    and THEN create a new Quicken desktop data file on your MAC afterwards and now want to link the two - ?

    OR -
    2 - did you start on the MAC - create a new desktop Quicken data file,
    and THEN go to Quicken on the Web and create those entries afterwards and now want to link the two - ?-

    HUGE difference between the two scenarios - and now the outcomes -
