Flaw in last update - Update icon gets stuck, have to close/reopen to update

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
There was a recent post about this. Discussion was closed with no resolution. Why would the discussion be closed without a resolution. Anyone have any solutions? If quicken closed the discussion, it seems like they don't know either!

Accounts do seem to update, but icon never stops spinning.
