Blank terms of use

I was prompted to improve Quick Pay and it said I had to agree to terms of use. The terms of use box popped up and is blank.

Quicken Classic Premier vR56.9, build 27.1.56.9.

    If restarting Quicken and / or rebooting Windows did not help solve the problem, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.

    Quicken 57.16 I have a blank Terms of Use too. Also Bill Pay with Chase Bank disabled itself and Bill Pay Manager can no longer be enabled because of the blanks terms of use. Please fix asap.

    Do be sure to call Quicken Support to get some help and possible action / escalation on this issue.
    Just commenting here in the Community is not going to get the ball rolling.
