Not able to see the Santander bank statement for June month

I do not have Quicken yet Unconfirmed, Member
I did a recent address change in my account but I am not sure if that is the reason I am not able to see the June statement.
Message says no account statement is available for the filter provided.

For clarification; are you referring to transaction downloads or the PDF statement that's downloaded with Online Billers?

Yes, the Bank statement we receive every month from Bank application.
