Cannot update BofA checking

Quicken updated today Version R57.16. Cannot update, says 0 transactions.

My Amex savings account still works.

    Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions? When did this issue begin to occur? After a recent update?

    Just firing a shot into the dark …

    Please try this:
    • Go to Edit / Preferences / Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
    • Click the "Sign in as a different user" link on the right side.
    • Sign out, then sign back in to your Quicken account using your existing Quicken ID.
