"new transactions downloaded" always zero

When I update my Quicken Classic Deluxe for Mac 14.5 Version 7.8.2 (Build 708.53926.100) I no longer see the number of new transactions downloaded, it's always zero

The accounts that have new entries are still properly tagged and the new transactions are there so updating is working. Can I fix this? I think it's since AMEX required 2 step confirmation this occurred but not sure.

    This began about a week ago I think. Not sure if associated with updates but I think it followed a new AMEX requirement for 2 item authentication. Here you can see the accounts have the blue dot, they had new entires but summary shows zero.
