Quicken for windows app feedback icon doesnt work

I want to send feedback and whenever I use this link and put in my feedback it says "quicken cant send this right now please try again later"

    When did this issue begin to occur? After a recent update? Are you referring to the “Report a Problem” function?

    No, on the windows program in the top, beside the search transactions box, there is a button that says submit feedback, but it doesnt work. When I try and do this I get an error message back saying quicken could not submit your feedback, please try again later. I have tried again later a few times and I get the same message

    I'm happy for you. I keep getting "Unable to send report to quicken, please try again"
