To begin, are you experiencing One Step Update slowness when attempting to connect to Citi Bank or in general? Are you receiving any error codes or messages when running a One Step Update? What exactly occurs?
When Quicken is unable to connect to your bank account for recent transaction information, you’ll receive a message with a CC-501 error in the program. This is usually caused on the bank’s end — Quicken is blocked from connecting to the account.

As per the FAQ: To resolve this issue:
If you receive one of these errors, please wait 24 hours and then try again. If the issue still persists after this time period, please contact Quicken Support. This type of error may require our support agents to review logs in order identify the issue and fix the problem.
