Dropbox offer available for only new subscribers

Just renewed my Quicken subscription for the year today. When I went in to redeem the 5GB of Dropbox backup storage it said the code had already been used. Called the support line and I was told that this was a one-time offer and included only with new subscriptions. Has anyone else had this issue?

    Yep, new subscribers only (not renewals). Not really an "issue", it's a promotion.
