Quicken won't connect or even see some of my USAA accounts

I have 8 accounts on USAA that all used to work on Quicken for years. At some point in the last year, some update broke connections on a couple of them. Now no matter what I do, Quicken will not see or connect to 2 of the accounts that are very much open and active on USAA. I have tried deactivating & reactivating accounts, resetting, but nothing works. The problem is that Quicken just doesn't see the 2 accounts. So I have to manually enter transactions for them, which kind of defeats the core value proposition of this software.

Hello @Sampenguin,
To help troubleshoot this issue, please answer the following questions:
- Has there been any activity in the accounts in the last 90 days?
- Are the accounts considered an external account (i.e. are you redirected to a different website when selecting the account on the bank's website)? If so, what URL are you redirected to?
- Are the accounts a subtype of a different account?
- Has the financial institution made any recent changes to its website or sign-in process?
- Are you the owner of the accounts?
I look forward to your response!
