We have confirmed an issue with users trying to connect with various Citi Card FI's (Best Buy, Home Depot, Macy's, Sears) receiving FDP-102 in Quicken for Mac, and CC-502 in Quicken for Windows.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
