Community search hangs and errors out 10/3/2024

This issue started today as I was searching without problems in the community yesterday.

Gives the same error in Firefox and Chrome browsers.

    @Quicken Jasmine I cleared cookies and and all site data. Was forced to re-login into Quicken Community.

    I tried searching for "Vystar" and got "

    Upstream search microservice returned an error.

    "

    I tried searching for "Citi" and got good search results. It took almost 20 seconds for response.

    I tried searching for "R59.xx" and got:

    Upstream search microservice returned an error.

    I tried searching for "Citi" and got

    Upstream search microservice returned an error.

    It looks like the Community search engine is having problems.

    FYI - I tried searching for "Vystar" again and got good search results after a long wait.

    I changed the sort to "Newest" on the Vystar search results and got

    Upstream search microservice returned an error.

    It's like the search engine is bogged down.
