Wells Fargo not working with Auto Sync

I have asked this question of support multiple times, but I never really get an answer. I've been told that Scheduling automatic nightly updates from my Wells Fargo account to QUicken update is not working. However, I never get an answer as to when this will be fixed. Does anyone have any insights?
