Any news on the Citicard issue? Been a long time since I could download my balances on Costco card.

    Looks like Citi is in the process of eliminating DC. I and another QWin user got this popup when we opened Quicken today. We both have the same DC credit cards set up with the Citi Cards FI.

    If this is what is happening then the message you posted above is not a Citi issue. It is a Citi plan….one that perhaps is being cut in among Citi customers on a staged basis.

    Have you tried clicking on that Reauthorize button? If so, what happened?

    For what it is worth, I just changed back to Express Web Connect + from Direct Connect and my Citi Cards Costco credit card download worked just fine.
