Health Equity cannot connect

They've not supported transaction download as long as I've been with them, but they were updating account values. Yesterday and today I'm getting a message that they cannot connect.

    Please refer to this support article regarding error FDP-163.

    As stated in the article, if the error persists for 24 hrs or more, then you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance and possible escalation if they see fit.
