Citi 401K connection

Has anyone successfully connected their Citi 401k (Alight solutions) to Quicken? It appears to be possible, but I can't seem to get past the username/password prompt during quicken setup. I can see postings from others in the past that have had a similar problem, but I have not found any recent solutions.
