How to export Quicken data from PC to use on Mac?
Latest versions of both Quicken Windows and Quicken Mac.
File / Export / QXF on Windows. One of my cecking accounts is $600.
When I import it into Mac, it has an ending balance of $230,000.
There's nothing 'obvious' that I can see that's causing it - at least
nothing that woun't take me literally HOURS or days to find. The
balance is slowly going up.
I'll be honest - I live paycheck to paychek. So I get a deposit,
balance goes slowly down to $300 or so, then back up then back
down.... this is pretty much going UP - a TON of transactions are
missing over an extended period of time.
Any suggestions on what to do?
Happening on all my accounts too.
Thanks.

Have you checked your starting balance in the QMac account vs the QWin acct?

Yes, starting balance is the same in both.
Without double checking, up to a point it looks fine, but then it's as if not every withdrawl shows. It's not a all at once increase. It looks fine, but then every month seems to be 2-3k 'short' so like my balance is slowly going WAY up maybe $2-$3k a month at a time.

Some ideas. You might have the register sorted by something other than date. Click the DATE column heading to sort by date. Or you have the register filtered, click on "Reset Filters" at the top of the register.
I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

Perhaps this recent discussion on the same topic will shed some light?
