EMail TLD Length

Has anyone else run into the issue where the domain (TLD) portion of your email address is greater than 4 characters, and the web site form field validation shows invalid email format as soon as you type in a 5th character? When the account was first setup, it wasn't an issue. But our organization has changed its name and we have a new domain. Same TLD (.church). Yet Sign In & Security section of My Account won't accept the new email, even though it is valid.

I have tried other TLDs and every time I try to enter one that is 5 or more characters, the form says it is invalid. I have submitted the email change form to get the address changed. But I can't seem to find a way to submit some type of bug report to fix the web site validation.

How about providing us with that URL … so we can experiment on our own?

The OP mentioned in his/her original post that the domain name suffix (TLD) causing problems is .church

    Does that help?
