I am unable to add my newest Fidelity account to Quicken. Please Help
I have many Fidelity accounts that I track in Quicken. Earlier this month my wife and I opened 2 more accounts (RothIRA's). I was able to see and add mine but am unable to see and add my wife's. I have limited authority over that account at Fidelity but that has never been an issue in the past as I have added many of my wife's accounts over the years. I can even see the account when I log into Fidelity but doesn't show up in Quicken. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks!

Do you download separately from accounts owned by you (or joint) vs accounts owned solely by your wife? My wife and i don't have joint investment accounts, but I download her accounts into Q, from Fidelity, separately from the downloads of my accounts.

In the past I've been able to see my wife's accounts in Quicken since I have limited authority and can see them on my Fidelity page.

I also can view my wife's accounts when I log into my Fidelity account … but I've ALWAYS (IIRA) needed to have OSU log into her accounts to download from them and I can't initiate any transactions in her accounts when I'm logged in as me.
I just logged into Fidelity and confirmed that I have "Full Authority" regarding her accounts. You might check the same re: your accounts. At Fidelity see PROFILE, Authorized Access.
Also, Fidelity has recently changed some of their security protocols, you might look into those also.
