Unable to reconcile
I have a problem that has dated back a couple of years and I am wondering if there is an AI/Machine Learning Product that can help me!
I have been unable to reconcile my primary checking account (it always shows an un-reconciled balance. When this started happening I went back through all my transactions and could not find any errors! It's frustrating as every month I have to reconcile by hand.

Have you double checked the Opening Balance in the account? There are a few bugs were that figure inadvertently gets changed.
Have you been able to pull out old statements and work back in time until you found a point where the account balance DOES match the statement Or, at least, with the "Downloaded Posting Date" column displayed any difference is explainable?

I have done this! My account Quicken account dates back to 2002! When I first noticed this in 2013 and went through all the statements then and did not find any discrepancy. When I use the Quicken Reconcile tool it shows me off by $272.00 and just three months ago it was off by $292.00

Are you manually changing the CLR code of ANY transaction, in any account? Have you changed the amount of any Reconciled transaction? Have you deleted any transaction, especially one that's a transfer to/from that checking account?
And, are you saying that the account hasn't been reconciled since 2013???

I am manually reconciling the account every month and want to be able to use the Quicken supplied tool to reconcile my account.

Yes, when Quicken did not automatically reconcile and I went back and started manually reconciling and changed the C to (CLR, Clear) to R (Reconcile) in my checking account. Before that started happening I had NO reason to change any of the Quicken codes!
I DID NOT change any amount in any reconciled transactions!
I DID NOT delete any transaction that had be reconciled especially a transfer!

The "Prior Balance" in the Q Reconciliation dialog is the sum of all transactions in the account that have a CLR status of "R". It's NOT a memorized amount.
SO, if you manually changed that, you messed it up yourself.
