It's been over 2 months. Navy Federal Account not showing up in Quicken

Quicken Mac Subscription Member
Quicken states this is a known issue being worked on. It is on my "Quicken Classic Deluxe Quicken Mac to PC".
No progress in the two months since Nov. 5 when it was called a Known Error. The error code blames the "aggregator". Navy Federal confirms the third-party link is successful but Quicken does not show the account.
