I am running a report on amount I spent on dental for 2024 for income tax purposes and want to be sure I am using the correct expense amount. On the attached screenshot, what is inflows and what is outflows. Which amount should I use?

Out flows are what you paid them. In flows is what was returned to you as some kind of credit. The total expense would be the Net Total $13,362.00.
