Income Reminders Vanishing from Calendar

Today is February 15th. I have a reoccurring income reminder set up at the first of every month. I opened the calendar and the reminder for the March 1st is gone. The one for April 1st is there but not the one for March. I can edit the reminder and put it back but it will eventually vanish again before this due date. This has been a ongoing issue with me and Quicken for years and I can't believe it is a bug that has been around for years. It has to be a setting somewhere.

    Have you noticed if the missing reminder happens with just this income reminder, or does it occur with others as well? Does the reminder for March 1st reappear if you create a new one or modify the existing one? Have you checked if the reminder is still visible in the reminder list or if it only disappears from the calendar view? Is there any specific pattern to when the reminder disappears, such as after syncing or performing a certain action in Quicken? Additionally, have you tried running a data file repair or checking for any updates to see if that resolves the issue? Lastly, have you checked your settings for reminders to ensure there are no filters or preferences that could be affecting the calendar display?

    Did you accidentally select to skip this instance of the reminder thinking that you might not need it for 3/1?

    Or did you make an extra deposit on a day after 2/1 and before today, using the 3/1 instance of the reminder?

    No, I have not skipped it. I can adjust the one in April and make it reappear as I did the last time before I closed it. I just opened it and the reminder for the 1st of March is gone again, after I specifically put it back.

    All of my income reminders for March are gone.

    You stated that your reminders are set with a Due Date of the 1st of the month, every month.

    What is the setting of these income reminders for "Remind me [x] days in advance" or "Auto Enter [x] days in advance"?
    What is the value of "[x]" in the above setting?

    How long have these reminders existed in your data file?
    Have you tried defining new reminders and deleting the current ones?

    Yes to all of this I just got off the phone with quicken support and they changed the auto enter and it didn't fix the issue.
