Incorrect Customer ID on an Account

Windows 11, Ouicken Classic Version R61.21
I have an account setup called Household Savings.
Looking at the Account List, selecting Household Savings, clicking the EDIT button I find that the incorrect Customer ID is displayed. So when I do a One Step Update transactions on that account don't download.
How can I change the Customer ID

Update on this question. I found an answer:
Account Details>Online Services tab>Deactivate>General tab>remove all Financial Institution information in the upper right corner (including the Customer ID)>Online Services tab>Set up Now.During the setup process you will be given the opportunity to link it to your Quicken account. Be sure to link it or Quicken might set up a brand new account for it.
However the above procedure didn't work. I was not given the opportunity to "Link it to Quicken", rather it says "don't add to Quicken"

Hello @David Zigler,
Thanks for reaching out with this issue.
First, do you have multiple accounts with this Financial Institution? Which Financial Institution are you experiencing this issue with?
Let me know!

I solved my problem. I had two duplicate accounts setup in Quicken. Deleting the incorrect account allowed me to reactivate the correct account.
