Since Yesterday First US Bank download balance is wrong in Quicken Mac

Yesterday I couldn't figure out why it messed up, but auto-reconcile caught it. The balance was off $158.10, and I couldn't figure out where that came from. I verified at Bank Web site (fusb.com) the current balance. I waited a day to see what would happen.

This morning the balance was off $188.10 (the amount of my pending transactions). Auto-reconcile again balked. I checked online at fusb.com and today it shows the Current Balance and the Available Balance as the same, but this is wrong.

On another screen, I can see the running current balance, which is correct and the same as my posted balance in Quicken Classic Deluxe for Mac.

I have notified the bank, but they farm this out to Netteller so they have no clue about anything. I also reported it to Quicken Support.

Well, I went to support and logged a bug error. And I got some support at the Simplifi site, but no one here answered me. I am sure this is an error others are encountering because this is farmed out to another FI.

My bank has advised me that they have identified the issue and have notified their FI aggregator. I hope it will soon be fixed.

Well, it is now April 4, and this issue has not been fixed. How do I get this escalated?

    Hello @SRC1954,

Thank you for letting us know about this issue. To clarify, your transactions and running balance in Quicken for Mac are correct, but the Online Balance is incorrect? Is the Online Balance consistently off by the pending transaction amount?

You also mentioned that the information you saw on the financial institution's website was incorrect (available and current being the same). While that is something beyond Quicken's ability to correct, it may be related to the issue you're seeing in Quicken, since it may indicate the financial institution (or Netteller, since you mentioned they contract it out to a 3rd party) is sending bad information to Quicken.

To forward this issue to the proper channels on our end for further investigation and resolution, we will need additional information. Please navigate to Help>Report a Problem, send us fresh logs, and please include screenshots showing the incorrect Online Balance in Quicken, and the information showing on the bank's website (please redact any personal information).

Note - There is a 10 attachment limit in problem reports. If adding a second screenshot pushes you over that limit, please unselect a log file with "old" in the filename, or send a second problem report with that second screenshot.

    Thank you!

    Quicken Kristina
