CC800 Error

I am receiving error message CC 800 off penfed and syncophy not accounts have been deleted.

Upon reviewing your account, I am seeing that you are receiving a CP_ACCOUNT_NOT_FOUND error for both of this financial institutions However, I'd like to gather some additional information first.
- Where is your Quicken data file stored? Is it on your local hard drive (C: Drive) or a cloud-based/external drive (e.g.: OneDrive, DropBox, USB, etc.)?
- Since you are receiving error CC-800, have you tried the exact troubleshooting steps as outlined in this support article?
- Are you using a VPN while updating your accounts? If so, does disabling it make any difference?
- Do you have any antivirus or malware protection software running that may be interfering with Quicken? If so, have you tried temporarily disabling it to see if the issue persists?
- If you don't mind, please submit your log files via Help > Report a Problem so we can take a look at them to further investigate.
